You are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
In order for a refund or exchange,
you MUST send your order back to us.
Exchanges or Refunds will be given for the returned order.

These times, are just an estimate, I will try my best to post your order as soon as possible

Customs and import taxes
You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
We ship to the UK, and worldwide! (Only certain countries) At check-out, please select your country. Postage will be added to your total.
(We have increased shipping times, to make sure your card(s) will get there.)
All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Please make sure your delivery address is correct! Orders are sent in an envelope. (Sometimes, they'll be sent in a used envelope. We like to recycle!)
Also, if you order one or more, and it is the same address; you will only pay for one postage. They will be sent altogether.
