Customs and import taxes
You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Please make sure your delivery address is correct! Orders are sent in an envelope.

 

(Sometimes, they'll be sent in a used envelope. We like to recycle!)
 

Also, if you order one or more, and it is the same address. They will be sent altogether.
 

Please Note: If you live outside the UK, your country might charge you for duty and fees.
 

What is your Returns Policy?

I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched
It is my policy, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
⦁    Custom or personalised orders
⦁    Items on sale
Conditions of return
You are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
In order for a refund or replacement,

you MUST include photos in the message or email. 
Replacements or refunds for card(s) (not postage) will be offered

Why do use gift-wrap or wallpaper on your cards?

 

That's a good question.

Well, the gift-wrap that's used to cover a gift, get ripped, thrown in a bin. 

​

Or the wallpaper gets replaced after a while, or sometimes you have extra rolls.

​

We "upcycle" the gift-wrap and wallpaper and make them the background or design of our cards. 

​

We mostly buy online, and from small shops and stores. 

Can we collect our order?

No, we are only online, and we are a private residence and do not have any physical shops. 

Can we place an order by email, post, or telephone?

Sorry no, all orders must be placed on our web site.
